The terms that govern enrolment and use of our services. The Arabic version prevails in case of any discrepancy in wording.
1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the Future Skills Training Co website and its services. By using the site or enrolling in any programme, you agree to be bound by them.
2. Enrolment and payment
The trainee undertakes to provide accurate, current details. Fees fall due on confirmation of enrolment, and payments are processed through licensed, secure payment gateways.
- Displayed prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Instalments are available through the buy-now-pay-later providers shown on the site, subject to their own terms.
- Enrolment reserves your seat; a cohort starts once the minimum group size is reached, and the dates and delivery mode are confirmed with you before it begins.
3. Cancellation and refund policy
This policy rests on Article 13 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law; anything beyond that article is a commitment we make, not a favour. Periods run from the date of payment, or from the start date published on the programme page.
a) Your statutory right
Within seven days of payment, and provided you have not benefited from the programme: a full refund. This right is granted by law and is not waived by anything on this page.
b) Cancelling before the programme starts
- Seven days or more before the start date: a full refund.
- Three to six days before: 75%, or a free transfer to the next cohort.
- Less than 72 hours before: 50%, or a free transfer to the next cohort.
c) After the programme has started
No cash refund is due. A one-time seat transfer to a later cohort is available if requested within 48 hours of the first session and you have attended no more than one session.
d) If we cancel or postpone
A full refund or a transfer to the next cohort — the choice is yours alone, with no fee either way, however close the date.
e) Transferring your seat to someone else
Free of charge up to 48 hours before the start, on written notice naming the replacement.
f) How a refund is processed
- Requests are processed within five business days, and you receive written confirmation of receipt.
- The amount is returned to the same payment method used — not in cash, and not to another account.
- How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider, and may reach 14 business days.
- For instalments through Tabby or Tamara, the provider is notified of the refund and adjusts your instalments.
g) Free programmes
No refund applies, as no fee is charged. Dropping out without notice may delay your acceptance onto later cohorts, because the seat is funded, limited, and denied to someone else.
h) How to request one
Through the contact page or WhatsApp, quoting your order number. No reason is required.
4. Attendance and certificates
A certificate is earned by meeting the required attendance rate and completing the programme requirements. Certificates are issued electronically and carry a verification code.
5. Intellectual property
All training materials are owned by the company or licensed to it. They may not be copied or redistributed without prior written permission.
6. Changes to these terms
The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; amendments take effect once published on the site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
