1 How do I register in a course?
Choose your course, click Register, fill in your details, then complete payment. Registration reserves your seat and the cohort starts once the group is complete.
2 What payment methods are available?
mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, plus interest-free installments via Tamara and Tabby.
3 Are the certificates accredited?
Yes — all programs grant an accredited completion certificate, and the company is licensed by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).
4 Are courses delivered in English?
Public courses are delivered in Arabic. English-language cohorts can be arranged for corporate clients — contact us for a proposal.
5 How does online training work?
Live interactive sessions with the trainer, with full participation and Q&A. Some programs also provide recordings for limited review.
6 Do you offer corporate programs?
Yes — tailor-made programs with official contracting, VAT invoicing and impact reports. Request a proposal from the Corporate Training page.
