Referral programme terms and policy
Joining the programme means accepting these terms. Please read them in full: they protect you and the people you refer.
- Eligibility
The programme is open to anyone aged eighteen or over. Payouts go to a Saudi bank account in the referrer's own name, which we ask for at the first payout.
- Qualifying referrals
A registration for a paid programme made through your link within 30 days of opening it, and paid through the payment methods on the site, in full or in instalments. If several links were opened, the last one before registration counts.
- Commission amount
10% of the amount actually paid after discounts and before VAT. There is no commission on free or fully funded programmes, or on corporate contracts unless agreed in writing in advance.
- Eligibility for payout
A commission is recorded at payment and becomes due after the course starts and at least 7 days have passed since payment. Payouts are made by monthly bank transfer once your due balance reaches SAR 100; smaller balances roll over to the next month.
- Refunds and cancellations
If the amount is refunded or the registration is cancelled before the commission becomes due, the commission is void. A partial refund means the commission is calculated on the net amount.
- No self-referrals
No commission is paid on your own registration, or on a registration whose email or mobile number is yours.
- Honest promotion
A post about our programmes is an advertisement for a training activity, so it must state the licensed name "معهد مهارات المستقبل للتدريب" exactly, the phrase "under the supervision of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation", and the programme's accreditation number where it has one. Nothing may be attributed to us that we do not offer: no job promises, no certificate or accreditation not stated on the programme page, and no price or discount that is not published.
- Not allowed
Unsolicited bulk messages, buying paid ads on the institute's name or brand, posing as an employee or official representative, and fake registrations or registrations the referrer pays for on someone else's behalf to earn a commission.
- Relationship
The referrer is an independent party, not an employee or agent, and may not contract or collect any money on the institute's behalf.
- Legal obligations
The referrer is responsible for any legal or tax obligation arising from the commissions they receive.
- Data
We use your data only to run the programme and contact you about it. We do not share the details of people who register through your link: you see their numbers and your commission amounts only.
- Breaches and changes
The institute may suspend any account that breaches these terms and void its unpaid commissions, and may change, re-rate or end the programme with notice on this page. Changes do not affect commissions that became due before them.
