Attendance and learning policies

The attendance policy at Future Skills Training Company sets out the organisational procedures for synchronous online attendance, where synchronous online attendance means virtual presence in virtual classrooms, and serves to ensure the trainee's actual attendance of the course. These policies and organisational procedures were developed for synchronous online attendance and are as follows:

  • Online participation through virtual courses is equivalent to regular attendance.
  • Attendance hours in synchronous virtual classrooms are guaranteed at a minimum of 25% of the programme/course hours when training is delivered asynchronously online, in programmes lasting more than one month.
  • For blended learning (whether virtual or regular) in programmes lasting more than one month, live attendance hours are guaranteed through synchronous virtual courses amounting to at least 25% of the programme hours.
  • Every individual is committed to participating in accordance with the training programme plan.
  • The trainee must complete no less than 80% of the hours prescribed for the programme they are enrolled in.

This attendance policy applies to all trainees registered with Future Skills Training Company, and all staff of the organisation are bound by it. We are committed to ensuring this policy is implemented, and any violation of it will lead to disciplinary action in accordance with the procedures followed by the organisation.
